Pallini at International Trade Fairs 2026
International Trade Fairs 2026: Pallini Brings Italian Excellence to Mixology, Spirits, and Emerging Global Trends
From contemporary mixology and premium amari to ready-to-drink products and new international drinking trends: Pallini’s 2026 journey unfolds through some of the most important trade fair hubs in the beverage industry.
During the first quarter of the year, the company took part in three key international events in the sector — Beer & Food Attraction 2026 in Rimini, Amaroteca 2026 in Bologna, and ProWein 2026 in Düsseldorf — strengthening its presence within leading industry platforms and reinforcing dialogue with operators, distributors, and professionals from international markets.
This journey reflects not only the company’s commitment to maintaining a strong presence at the sector’s main international events, but also an increasingly contemporary vision of the brand: one that moves seamlessly between Italian heritage, premiumization, and new consumption occasions.
Beer & Food Attraction 2026: The Pallini World Meets Contemporary Mixology
The first stop on Pallini’s trade fair journey was Beer & Food Attraction 2026, held from February 15 to 17 at the Rimini Fiera exhibition center.
Within the Mixology Attraction area, dedicated to distillates and premium spirits, Pallini showcased a broad and diverse portfolio designed to express the full range of its beverage universe.
Featured products at the stand included Pallini Limoncello, No.3 London Dry Gin, Amaro Formidabile, Ginarte, Roberto Cavalli Vodka, and Pallini’s RTD line, alongside references dedicated to the world of contemporary mixology.
Through tastings, business meetings, and networking activities, the company’s presence at the fair confirmed the market’s growing interest in products capable of combining quality, identity, and versatility of consumption.

Amaroteca 2026: The Contemporary Value of Italian Amari
From February 22 to 24, Pallini also participated in Amaroteca 2026, part of the Slow Wine Fair 2026, an international event dedicated to the culture of amari and artisanal spirits.
For the occasion, the company chose to highlight a selection of products from the bitter and herbal category, with particular focus on Amaro Formidabile, the key protagonist of the exhibition space.
Alongside it were Amaro Calamaro, Ferro China Baliva, and Genziana Chiarino — products that represent a contemporary vision of the Italian amaro category, increasingly appreciated both in tasting experiences and mixology.
In a context focused on production quality, territorial identity, and the search for new consumption trends, Amaroteca once again proved to be an important opportunity for dialogue with industry operators and professionals from international markets.

ProWein 2026: Pallini Strengthens Its International Presence in the Spirits World
In March, the international journey continued with participation in ProWein 2026, one of the world’s leading trade fairs dedicated to the beverage and spirits industry, held in Düsseldorf from March 15 to 17.
Within the Spirits section of Hall 5, Pallini presented a selection of products connected to the aperitif and low-alcohol segment, focusing on Pallini Limoncello, Limonzero, and the Spritz RTD and Ready to Serve Keg references.
Participation in ProWein represented an important opportunity to strengthen existing commercial relationships and develop new connections with importers, distributors, and industry professionals from strategic international markets.
In an international landscape increasingly oriented toward ready-to-drink formats, lighter consumption habits, and hybrid experiences between on-trade and experiential consumption, the company’s presence confirmed its commitment to actively engaging with emerging global market trends.

An International Strategy Looking Toward the Future
Through its participation in Beer & Food Attraction 2026, Amaroteca 2026, and ProWein 2026, Pallini reaffirms its commitment to strengthening the brand’s presence within the leading international trade fair contexts of the beverage industry.
A journey that combines the enhancement of Italy’s liqueur heritage, product innovation, and the development of new business relationships, with the goal of consolidating the brand’s global relevance within an ever-evolving market.
Participation in ProWein, Amaroteca (Slow Wine Fair), and Beer & Food Attraction was carried out as part of the “Voucher Internazionalizzazione PMI Lazio 2026” project, aimed at strengthening the company’s presence within the main international trade fair hubs and increasing global brand awareness and relevance.
The initiative was supported by the European Union under the PR FESR Lazio 2021–2027 programme.
