A Dry Gin with Sicilian roots, crafted with passion and expertise.

Every drop of Aquamaris is a harmony of authentic flavors, with a touch of Sicily in every glass. The base alcohol for the juniper infusion is made from the fermentation of ancient Sicilian grains, the ‘tumminia’ and ‘russello’, grown near our distillery. The distillation process is done with care, using an old wood-fired copper still.

A select number of botanicals are infused in cold extraction for over 72 hours, allowing the distillate to fully capture the fragrances of the verdello lemon, which adds freshness, and of savory, which gives it a distinctive character.

Before bottling this unique creation, the distillate is brought to the desired strength by adding spring water and Mediterranean seawater. The latter, microfiltered for food use and rich in minerals, provides structure and intensity to the flavors of the botanicals. Aquamaris is a meeting of Sicilian tradition and distillation mastery, a unique experience that celebrates Sicily in every sip.
