The name of this gin evokes adventure: Willem Barentsz, the Dutch navigator and daring Arctic explorer who led three epic expeditions in search of a legendary Northeast Passage. During the last of these expeditions, he and his brave crew were trapped on Novaya Zemlya, a remote archipelago in the Arctic Ocean, for nearly a whole year. His fate was etched in history, as he perished during the return journey in 1597.

Willem Barentsz Gin is a unique creation, made from a blend of two distinct cereal distillates: English wheat and Central European rye, both free from genetically modified organisms. The heart of this gin is composed of nine botanicals, each from a different part of the world, from Chinese Jasmine to Macedonian Juniper, Chinese Licorice to Indonesian Bark, finishing with Iris from Italy and Spanish Almonds.
