Pallini is one of the oldest and most representative companies in Rome.

A leader in Italy with Mistrà and syrups, it is the only distillery in Rome. Founded by Nicola Pallini in 1875 in Antrodoco, it was moved to Rome in the 1920s, where the production facilities are currently located. Among the various products, Mistrà, an anise-based liqueur, quickly became known as the perfect addition to espresso coffee.

Today, Pallini exports its products to over 35 countries worldwide and is a leader with its Limoncello Pallini in the Duty-Free segment and the US market. Alongside Limoncello, it offers Sambuca 313, a range of specialty products imported from all over the world, and a selection of syrups for both professional and home pastry use.
