Ezra Brooks: the true story of an iconic bourbon
The Story of an iconic bourbon with its unique hints of honey and vanilla
In the 1950s, the Medley family embarked on an epic adventure, establishing the Ezra Brooks distillery. Soon, their bourbon became legendary throughout the United States, earning a reputation as the best bourbon in terms of value for money. In 1966, the U.S. government praised the Ezra Brooks distillery as ‘Kentucky’s Finest Little Distillery,’ a recognition that still graces the Ezra Brooks Black Label.
Ezra Brooks Black Label 99 Proof Bourbon Whiskey is the crown jewel of this heritage. With a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley, this bourbon ages for four years in new charred oak barrels, creating a masterpiece to savor.
The nose offers hints of honey and vanilla, accompanied by citrus notes. The palate reveals layers of caramel and vanilla, with hints of chocolate and spice. The finish is smooth and enveloping, providing a warmth which embraces the soul.
