Coming from the historic estate Il Palagio of 1530 in Tuscany, this latest amaro innovation offers a fresh take on an old classic; combining aromas of Italian citrus, ginger and honeysuckle, it lets you enjoy a unique bitter taste.

The recipe was developed by the famous winemaker Riccardo Cotarella, known for his work throughout the industry, particularly for Antinori wines and the estate wines for Il Palagio. The final juice is produced by Pallini in one of Rome’s oldest and most important distilleries.
