In the heart of this historic distillery, Ezra Brooks 7 Years Bourbon Whiskey is born: an extraordinary bourbon with 7 years of aging, obtained from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye, and 12% malted barley. The distillation and seven years of aging in oak barrels give this bourbon a unique character.

The nose offers an intriguing mix of leather, vanilla, oak, and baking spices. The palate opens with a powerful presence of oak and black pepper, followed by notes of tobacco.
