Ingredients

¾ oz. (22.5 ml) Pallini Limoncello
¾ oz. (22.5 ml) Gin
¾ oz. (22.5 ml) Italian Aperitif
Fill up with Prosecco (by Mionetto)
Splash of club soda-optional

Method: pour ingredients in a white wine glass filled with half scoop of ice. Stir and serve.

Garnish: wheel of red bell pepper (cut ¼" thick) and fresh basil leaf into the drink
